To create a User account you will need to give:
- A User Name - The login for your account. To maintain your privacy do not use your email address as your user name as it can be seen by other users.
- A Password - WikiHealth recommends a 6-10 character and number password; however, there are no forced restrictions in place.
- An Email Address - (Optional) - Entering your email allows WikiHealth to mail you your lost password, and for other users to contact you through anonymous email. Your email address will NEVER be publicly displayed and WikiHealth will never SPAM you in anyway, sell, or permit access to your email address by outside parties.
- A Nick Name - (Optional) - Entering your real name enables WikiHealth to replace your login name with your Nickname on the attribution line at the bottom of the page. Some users enter their real name here if they want their real name to appear on the attibrution line. Others enter a nickname that they use on various sites around the internet.
Continue to use your username and password each time you log in so that WikiHealth will attribute all your changes to the same identity.
