By separating those that you took, and those that need to be taken, you will never again, get distracted by perhaps a phone call, and return to take your morning pills, and stand there, scratching you head, wondering, "what pills was I going to take next". Simply go to the pile in front of you, the not yet taken pile...and once you take the vitamin place the bottle on the left side in the already taken pills. As an alternative, you can buy one of those daily dose containers that come in the drug stores. These work well if all the pills will fit into the little compartments and if you remember to re-stock the pills on a weekly basis.
